I’ve done very well today. My intake has been 1 mango (100), coffee (50), bowl of cereal with half a cup 1% milk (150), half a cup of rice, 2 oz. of chicken and a slice of toast (250).
I’m going to fifty crunches, go for a run, do some percocet and take a nice bubble bath.
highmaintenancemachine asked: then how do you ever plan on getting better if you don't want to help yourself? It is, frankly, very silly.

getting fatter. I know I am. I’m going for a run, studying chem, cutting up shirts and writing up a new plan to lose weight faster. By the way, today I ate:
egg subsitute (60 cal)
wrap (220 cal)
1/2 plate of thai food (approx. 300 cal)
1/2 cup of iced milk shit (150 cal)
grand total of seven hundred and thirty fucking calories. What is wrong with me.
